A group of friends from all over the USA have just completed a very enjoyable golf vacation playing some of the top courses in Vietnam.
Chi Nguyen who lives in Ponte Vedra beach , Florida said “ We all belong to private Country Clubs and love to travel to play golf all over the world.“
They played at Hoiana Shores, Montgomery Links, Legend Da Nang Golf Resort, Norman Course, and Sir Nick Faldo’s course, Laguna Lang Co.
All the courses got favorable mentions with Ba Na Hills and Hoiana Shores getting full marks.
They all stayed at the TIA Resort in Da Nang which they all loved.
”The resort was a real treat with great service and their spa treatment fabulous! “ added Chi.
Chi commented that everything ran like clockwork, and they enjoyed some fantastic Vietnam food as well.
“One issue arose when we wanted to re book the same caddies as an earlier round, only to be told we had to pay extra, (US$6.81 per caddie) which we all thought was a bit much. We were willing to tip the caddies extra money because we requested them, but we didn’t know why we had to pay the club,” said Chi.
Luckily, their tour operator Golfasian https://www.golfasian.com/ , sorted everything out, and managed to convince them not to charge the extra money.
“It definitely paid to have the full backing of a dependable tour operator on the ground. Special thanks to Vanessa at Golfasian who is particularly good at her job . She did an excellent job planning our trip!” said Chi.
Chi added, “I’m looking forward to hosting my friends again next year with Golfasian!”
