There has been a boom in competitive golf holidays, especially in SE Asia, where golfers from around the world have been taking part in professional run golf tournaments for amateurs in Thailand and Vietnam.

The last event of the year tees off this week in Pattaya with players from USA, India, England, Singapore, Guernsey, Australia, and Hong Kong taking part in the Pullman Pattaya Invitational Series  November 21st -25th .

Leading Golf Tour Operators Golfasian https://www.golfasian.com/ and Go Golfing https://www.gogolfing.com.au/  have been pioneering these event style breaks for several years. In fact their popular Centara World Masters held every June at Thailand’s Hua Hin, has now become Asia biggest amateur golf tournament.
