Steve is like many HK Pros. He likes old school courses. Tight with mature trees & unique Thai countryside settings. Having mapped just about every course in Thailand for SkyCaddie, my list would be much different as I've seen many of the newer and very private clubs.

Very happy to see Bhumiphol Dam Golf Course on the list.
A great course and a good test of golf. Besides having the EGAT guesthouse there, then there is a beautiful luxurious homestay nearby www.bantakhouse.com

I agree with most of his choices as great Thai courses. Plutaluang would have to be the old course and not the new 18. However Lanna at No. 8 is a shocker? There are at least 6 better courses in the Chiang Mai area.
